6.0 windshield washer fluid leak

Lately I have been noticing a large puddle of blue fluid in front of the passenger side tire so I pulled the windshield washer fluid bottle to see what the problem is. I found out it was leaking around where the pump goes into the reservoir so I siliconed it and it stopped leaking for about a week, does anybody know if I need a new rubber seal or what. I know its a stupid problem but I don't even know if its worth fixing as I never use it anyways. Anybody had this happen before?
