p2290, p0603 and hard starts.

Okay well i have codes p0603, and p2290 which is icp to low, and lately i have been having hard starts. truck will start and die, or crank a few seconds then start. and i have alot less power then i had before. any thoughts on this? do you think my ICP is bad or do you think i have a HPOP leak? and if it is the icp sensor i believe mine is under the turbo or behind it or what ever so whats the easiest way to change it?

Well i figured my problem out and it ended up being that my hpop was bad. i checked for hpo leaks first by pulling the valve covers off and looking for leaks while it was running but didnt see anything, so i figured i would pull the pump and it was no good so i replaced it and i replaced the oil cooler while i was in there for peace of mind and now she runs great.
