Gauges or edge evolution?
Okay well let me first say that I am on a mary go round with my truck. The transmission went out, had that built. Then a few months later took the truck to get studded. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the truck to get finished. Today was the day to pick her up but then I got a call from the shop and the truck runs great but transmission is slamming 1-2 and slipping 3-4 so now its at the tranny shop again!
Anyway, when I get the truck back I want to put a good set of gauges in it. I am planning on fuel pressure, Oil temp, EGT, and tranny temp. Should I get individual gauges or the edge evolution monitoring screen? Is the edge not as accurate as individual gauges? What do yall suggest? Thanks!

The edge is just as accurate as the mechanical gauges.
I would suggest getting the edge because you can monitor alot more things with it like coolant temp, FICM voltage, actual voltage.. and many more! it will look better IMO also

You do realize the Edge Evolution is also a programmer. Since you already have a SCT, your better off with the Edge Insight that is just a monitor.

I think im going to go with the CTS. I found em for 325, which is much better than the 600 dollar set of gauges I had picked out. I didn't know how many different things you can do with the CTS until I just looked em up, thanks yall!
