Front end vibration

I've had 4x4 trucks since I could drive but have never had problems with the suspension. So this is new to me, when I turn and sit at stop signs there is a vibration that sounds like its coming from the passenger wheel. I'm thinking it might be a bearing but not sure. Any input would be welcomed. My truck is a 2004 4x4 ccsb, no lift or anything. It's got 140,000 miles on it.
