Injector / airdog II question...need help

Ok so I believe I have narrowed my fuel mileage problem down. Using a scanXL program my buddy plugged his program into my truck and we monitored 300 plus parameters of the truck. (amazing program)

We were able to record 11 minutes of data while driving at different conditions. One specific parameter measured was the duty cycle of the injectors. At all ranges to include idle, WOT and cruising it showed the injectors at 100%. So if I was reading this parameter correctly, it means my injectors are running static / wide open.

I emailed the recording to Vivan for examination. I do not believe the tune is at fault. I am hoping she can make sense of it.

Would it be a fare assessment to say the airdog II is wired incorrectly somehow sending the trouble code P0232? Or am I missing something else?

O yea, fuel pressure is 61 psi, FICM shows 46.5 to 47 volts
