diff output shaft for elec or manual t-case for zf6?

I'm trying to find this info but not having any luck. I'm swapping in a zf6 in my 04 and I have an electric shift t-case. If the zf6 originally had a manual shift t-case behind it, would I have to change the output shaft or are they the same for both t-cases?

I know on the older BW1356 TCs it wouldn't matter, my old manual shift had the provision to add the electric.

Maybe someone cAn answer this...the zf6 I'm prolly picking up is a 7.3 zf6, would my 6.0 elect tcase bolt up to it? And if it doesn't, can I put the 7.3l elect tcase in my Truck and have everything work?
