Az. 6.0 egr cooler

I'm leaving Ca. and need to know if I need the egr cooler in Az. or can I delete the cooler and leave in the egr, or do I need to buy a bpd cooler, or can you still reg in the mountains and not have to smog. Thanks for any info.

Yes, you would need it for emissions testing in Arizona. There are some counties that don't have the annual emissions testing requirement, but you would need to live in those areas.
