That would be it. It says in your owners manual. Just changed mine at 60K and thats what I used.

There is actually a special flushing procedure that a member wrote up on here which I followed and got almost 13 quarts out. Here is the link to the writeup, it is a very good writeup.

BTW, where are you getting the SP these days? Its not so easy to come by locally through the usual chains. I took a quart in to several stores and had them scan it - not even in the systems. And when I find it on line, its about double of what I got it for at Oreilly's a year or so ago. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Here is a technical bulletin that one of the tech posted on another thread about transmission fluid. It might help because the LV is much easier to find than the SP.

NOTE: Ford Special Service Message 21114

REPLACEMENT TRANSMISSION FLUID FOR SERVICING TORQSHIFT TRANSMISSIONS
ALL 2003-2008 F-SUPER DUTY, 2003-2005 EXCURSION, 2004-2008 E-SERIES AND 2006-2008 LCF VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A TORQSHIFT AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS SHOULD BE SERVICED WITH MERCON LV AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID IN PLACE OF MERCON SP. THIS INCLUDES TOP OFF AS WELL AS FLUID REPLACEMENT. MIXING MERCON LV AND MERCON SP IN THE TORQSHIFT TRANSMISSION IS ACCEPTABLE. USE MERCON LV TRANSMISSION FLUID TO SERVICE VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH TORQSHIFT TRANSMISSIONS. WHEN ADDING OR REPLACING TRANSMISSION FLUID IN A VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH A TORQSHIFT TRANSMISSION, USE MERCON LV TRANSMISSION FLUID.

If I wasnt so lazy I would have changed mine when I ordered fluid 5 months ago.
