Need help from anybody with a manual 4X4

Im in the middle of a manual swap and was wondering if anyone can take a pic of of the transmission crossmember. I just ordered a manual crossmembr from ford and it doesnt fit? they say its the right part #???

Don't know where my cam is, but just hopped under there and the part # is 3C34-5060-CA.....And it also has the numbers 03 & 076 on it, not sure what they mean....Also it uses the 6th & 7th holes back from the leaf mount on the pass side frame.
