white/blue smoke at idle in mornings?

ok so my 6.0 147k has been blowing white/blue smoke steady in the mornings even after i drive to work i will sitin my truck for maybe a hour after i get there at a idle and its just steady smokin. truck runs fine only thing that i have noticed about it is every oncein a while it will kinda skip a beat but not much at all and not all the time. i do have stock head gaskets and will be going after work to get the gauge to check pressure in degras bottle also ordered a dashboss lat night but what could it be and how do i check it

It could be a lot of things. Have you checked for codes? Whatss your oil level and coolant level? Have they changed?

If it does it while ideling and taking off only, I would guess turbo oil seal. Mine done that. If not, could be coolant or oil or a sticking injector.

I agree. My turbo leaks oil like a sieve and I have the same smoke issues.

kdogg - do you know if this is a serviceable part? I'm not really excited about spending $970 on a reman but I HATE that my truck drips oil.

just changed oil and just topped off coolant because i forgot to re connect the overflow hose when i put my intake back on when i was looking at my turbo the other day there was some oil in there i think more than normal i think but ill check it out again and i just order a dashboss last night so ill be able to watch everything
