Need help understanding my monitor.....

Just purchased an Edge Evolution CS for my 05 F250. My problem is that I have no idea what the normal readings should be. Does anyone know of a link to a chart or anything that shows what all the normal readings should be?

Im mainly wanting to make sure my water temps and oil temps stay close together. From what I understand they should be no more than 5 or 6 deg apart. Beyond that I have no clue. This truck is my daily driver and will be used to tow a 5th wheel camper.

Coolant should be 190F and oil temp no more than 15* over that at 60mph flat ground. At least that is how I understand it.

Make sure your temps arent too high! Make sure your EGTs dont stay over 1000 too long. Make sure your oil doesnt get 15+ degrees higher than your coolant (when fully warm). Make sure your trans doesnt get close to your coolant temp.

Man, there is so much too look at. FICM volts, alt volts, etc!!!! pick what is important to you.
