This is what happens when you are lazy!!!

Was dropping the oil and decided that it was too much work to set the top plug of my drain pan on the floor, you know, because it would leave a little oil spot on the floor...

Well, the oil got deep enough in the top of the pan to grab the lid and put it in the hole PERFECTLY, I can barely do that...

Now I have a huge F'n mess to clean up, it's a good thing that I am also a woodworker so I can make sawdust.

Gawd....been there. I always made a mess changing my 7.3 oil. Always forget to poke a hole in the filter. My 6L made a mess 2 times ago when I ran over my bucket.....

Holy hell, I didnt realize that the pictures sucked that bad when you posted from your phone...Sorry about that.

Yeah, me being worried about the little spot of oil on the floor turned into one hell of a mess, about a full bag of sawdust from the dust collectors worth to cover it, the best thing is, in a few days you wont even know that it happened

I made a mess like that with my 7.3, only my stupid self left the actual plug in the drain pan. I just shut the truck off so it was hot as hell so I had to reach in the hot oil to unscrew the plug. Lost about 7-8 quarts buy the time I got it under control. Let's say the wife wasn't happy about the driveway.
