Head Studs

I'm looking around and trying to get prices on getting my head studs done in central indiana. Recently my truck has been blowing white smoke and the mechanic says I have a high pressure oil leak. So i figure if he's going to be tearing into it I may just go ahead and get the studs done. I've had one quote for 3300 and thats parts plus labor.

2006 King Ranch: Sinister EGR Delete, SCT tuner with Looney tunes, Edge Insight CTS, 5" turbo back exhaust with 6" tip, Bulletproof oil cooler, Updated Stc fitting, S&B intake, Sinister coolant filter, halo projector headlights/tail lights, drilled and slotted rotors, Mad Turbo Werks hybrid turbo

That seems like a good price, I would jump on that if that includes doing a full bullerproof job. Even if its just doing the studs and gaskets its still a good price. Is that a diesel shop that quoted you that price? Here in NW Indiana its gonna run ya about 4-5k for studs and gaskets.
