HG's coming out, what should i check

Lil puking, 15+ PSI no smoke, no coolant or oil mixing so caught them early.

Since I've not seen any of the really bad indicators are these most likely salvageable with a little machine work?

I need to send them to a shop or ? What do i have done magnafluxed or faced or machined a couple of thousands what say ye?

ya send the heads to a machine shop and have them checked and resurfaced, it was $150 to have mine done. cheap insurance cause i dont want to do this again
