SCT stuck on Reading Strategy

Just got SCT SF3 tuner. Went to program a tune in and ended up canceling it and starting over. Now when I go to do it the screen is staying stuck on "Reading Strategy" Please wait...

Anyone tell me how long it will stay on that screen and why?!

Happen to me before, just unplug it and turn off key, plug back in and start over.

Does it go all the way to 99% and stay there?

Mine does that and stays there for like 5-10 mins then you have to turn the key to on when it tells you and it goes to the next step.

But mine is the sct livewire

word of advice for future... never ever cancel once its started.. if u chose wrong one just let it finish then change afterwards.. too many issues can arise but like 7.3dofbft stated unplug it turn key off then plug in and start over

canceling can cause major problems. In some worse cases you might loose your stock file or lock you device and have to pay to have it unlocked and have ford reflash your ecu.

You should be fine and if not your best bet is to call sct support. They are located out of Orlando.
