I have a 2006 6.0 supercab 4x4 162,000 miles, with EGR delete, 4inch Turboback Exhaust, Hypertech Max Energy programmer,20/9rims with 34-1/2 tires with leveling kit and average about 11.4 to 10.5 mpg as my daily driver not hualing, is there anything else I can do to increase it. or is that normal ??
