Hello guys.
After you replace your E.G.R. valve do you need to clear the code? dealer said it was bad so i replaced it,old one was pretty build up with carbon. |

yes, either clear the codes or disconnect your batteries. The EGR valve has a min stop voltage the pcm has to learn so it knows when it's closed. Technically speaking you should reset the keep alive memory but this isn't possible without a higher end scan tool.
