Should I ?

Hello my work has a 2005 f-250 with a bad cam and some bad lifters. I can get the truck for a good price ($550), how much should this cost to get her running again? Is it worth the risk? Opinions please, and thanks for your input.

550 for the whole truck? Hell yeah take that! It doesn't sound like a too too major price tag to fix it. But either way...heck you can sell the Turbo out of that thing for almost what you bought the truck for!

550?!?!?! You could sell the wheels for damn near that. Even if that is a typo and suppose to say 5500 I'd still buy it.

Hell yeah!!!!!!!! If it is too big of a project, you can part it out and make a butt load of money off of this thing.

Hell you can swap another low mileage engine in and be out the door with the truck for 5k or less. That's a great deal.
