I do not think you will win man...
Those are mostly all minor issues and IMO are Not worth fighting for.

The lawyers get most of the money anyways so All the hassle and youll need to pay your lawyer most of it if not all

egr valve is a maintanance item anyways so that is not even going to be an issue.

They wont do anything about it.

It is possible that it is still under an emissions warranty ........... you don't provide enough info.

California, Maine, Massachusetts, New York or Vermont are also covered by the California emissions warranty that is 7 yrs / 70k miles., for the rest of us w/ the 6.0L diesel, the emissions warranty is 5 yrs / 100k miles.

EGR systems and maybe even the y-pipe leak are covered under the emissions warranty.

All of these are covered - with ZERO deductible.

Air flow sensor
Air Fuel Feedback control System and sensors
Cold start enrichment system
Electronic engine control sensors and switches
EGR system
Exhaust manifold
Fuel Injection System
Intercooler Assembly - Engine Charger
Power Train Control Module
Turbocharger Assembly

Also covered by the two emissions warranties (Emissions defect warranty and Emissions performance warranty):
All emisssions-related bulbs, hoses, brackets, tubes, gaskets, seals, belts, connectors, non-diesel fuel lines and wiring harnesses that are used with components on the list above.
