Sooooo what's up with these Tires and whos else wants them!
Not Sure if these have been posted already or not, but I sure would rock a set of 35's.
How long does everyone think until we see these on the road and would you put them on your truck? Overview |

Depends on price but yea why not I would try them if its the right $$. Of course you can say goodby to your rims.

Yea very true. Wonder what the price would be??? At least you would never have to worry about flat tires.

Dang.... that would be nice for tralier tires!!!!
Seems to me those are the ones always searching for nails in the road.. hehe |

Looks cool but how many miles would you get out of them, and I imagine no tire place would know wtf those are.

Wonder how they are with a 2k lb payload in the bed?

That is quite the interesting concept. I wonder how you balance them...

You dont as far as I can tell.

Mileage would be my concern as well as payload. I would imagine if they brought them to the market they would have to offer different load types. Cops will hate them because their spike strips will be useless now!

The HMMWV is a 1-1/4 ton payload truck
I imagine they were designed for a fully loaded HMMWV or they wouldn't be suitable. I do recall seeing these - perhaps at Aberdeen Proving Grounds or Fort Polk...any way that was years ago. I would expect that much progress has been made since then. Great idea...but what do I do with my bling-bling valve stem caps?
