EGR deletes with SCT tuner and ODB emissions testing??

Guys exactly as the title says..

I've got a 6.0 that has a EGR delete.. i run the canned 100hp tune from SCT livewire witht he EGR shut off.

Will i pass a ODB inspection? i'm not worried about the EGR portion just the actual plug in and stuff? will a mechanic be able to tell i deleted the EGR without looking, and just by the ODB? No check engine light is on so i'm good there...

I know on my early '04 with custom tunes, when I hook up my Autoenginuity, I can bring up the p-codes for EGR being deleted. So I would have to say yes.

I havent had a chance to hook up any diagnostics tool, but my SCT does get rid of the EGR tripping the CEL. Anyone else have any input?

I'm concerned about this as well. My local emissions peeps told me that as long as the check engine light is off I'm good to go. They didn't do a visual inspection of my truck this year either. I was assuming they'd do the usual mirror underneath to check for a cat but the guy said diesels were exempt in my area.
