What kind of oil?

What kind of oil is everyone running and what do they think is best to run? is it standard to run 15W40?
Just looking for opinions on what to run. Was looking at Chevron Delo 15W 40

The only oil to run is a 5w40 Syn oil your injectors will like it plus it cuts down on stiction and cokeing of the injectors and only use Ford or Racor filters you can get MotorCraft FL-2016 at Walmart and they also have Rotella 5w40 Syn oil.

Been running synthetics since the truck broke in at 20k. I now have 194k on the original injectors.

Just did my first oil change and with the advice from others I went with Rotella T6 5w-40, but that is just a option among others. Don't forget to do your fuel filters ever 10k Happy Trucking!

Rotella T5 10-30 . There is a huge thread on the forum about T5. I tried it and the difference was immediately noticeable.
