ficm programming?

hey guys, can the ford dealer reprogram my ficm? if so what strategy would i be looking for them to upload? 2005 F350 ext cab long box 4x4 auto. my truck seems too hard on fuel for what it is, only mod is 35 inch tires. seems to be steady gettin 10.5 to 11.5 mpg. if its possible to get my ficm reprogrammed at the dealer i'll try it since ive tried everything else.

"only mod is 35 inch tires"....."ive tried everything else" :S

For the most part dealer will only give the most current Ford flash. Think I've read of only one guy that got his local dealer to roll back his junk.

If you want some proven FICM tuning check out Power Hungry Performance. Check this thread out in the Georgia section. Has a number of before/after dyno test results with graphs. For me, between Spartan tunes and FICM tuning I'm getting around 5mpg more. I do got an '03 though.
