NEED 6.0 INTEL!

I'm thinking of selling my 7.3 and getting a 6.0, just want something a little newer. What kind of mileage are you all getting with what mods, and what are the differences if any between the 05-07 models?
Thanks.

04.5-07 have better HPOPs
03-04 have a little more power and I think the FICM tunes are different, for the 05-07 trucks the FICM flash killed mileage and power. My truck gets a solid 14ish around town with Innovative Xrace and muffler delete. With a FICM tune and full exhaust I bet I could do around 16 in town at least, this is with over 200,000 miles on all orginal parts. Also check the degas bottle cap when you get one, I had the tea kettle whistle which usually points to HG problems and/or EGR problems but replaced the cap with a newer version today and all is good.

Also 05-07 has the newer coil spring fronts along with upgraded dash and better turning radius but you probably already knew that

Stock, my 05 6-liter was getting about 17.5 mpg highway. 20-21 with the SCT And that's cruising along at about 70 mph (maybe I shouldn't be telling YOU that )

Hell Yeah BUMFIGHTS!
I like the interiors of the 08 and on, but they just seem like real pigs as far as mileage, and all the DPF crap that you have to contend with. With the 60, an EGR delete, some headstuds, straight pipe and some tunes and I know it would be good to go for a long time.
