Need a favor?

I would like for those members who have a multimeter to check some things out for me.

I'm looking for a factory 5v ref wire (5v input) to start hooking up the external ports for the DashBoss. The "6.0 Bible" shows several factory sensors I can tap off of, I chose to use the EGR valve/butterfly wiring. In the "6.0 bible" the 5v ref wire show to be a Lt. Blue wire, but when looking/testing at my EGR connector, there is no Lt. Blue wire.

When testing the above picture, going from left to right, the second wire in (brown w/white stripe) is the 5v ref wire.

I would like to know if other members could check there EGR connector for "what color wire" is their 5v ref wire. You will need a multimeter to test, and I will also need to know what color is that wire and at what pin location it's at. Also need to know the year truck you tested.

The other question is, on the '05-'07 trucks. Do you guys have the extra EGR Throttle Actuator wire harness.

If you do, can you confirm that the brown w/white stripe is putting out a 5v ref. It should be the end pin.

I plan on doing a write up for other members who choose to use the DashBoss as a monitor solution, and need to get all my ducks in a row, so I would need wire info for all 6.0 year trucks.
Thanks Rich

I have the early '04. So I would need info from the '03, late '04, '05 and '07.

Thanks for offering.

I was grounding my probe off the battery.

Bump......

If possible, can someone with a '03, late '04, '05, '06 ,'07 check the color wires of the EGR valve connector?

Would like to know if the second wire in, next to the red wire on the end. Like to know if that second wire is brown with a white stripe.
