Low fuel pressure.... Sometimes?

Just as title says. I have the blue spring mod and usually I have around 67psi and at WOT it will drop to around 60ish psi. But sometimes if I get on it when cruising down the highway it will drop to the teens. Zero once!! This has happened about four times now. If I let off and ease into it I get pressure back. Its been in the 30s so it's not gelling.

Does this sound like the pumps on its way out or more like a sticky regulator?

Thanks.

Could be a failing sensor. When it drops to zero does the truck shut down? That's what I'm wonderring.

Definently loses pressure. When it drops it dont die just bogs down. Today it was good all day then out of nowhere it dropped and it wouldn't go above 60 at idle and around 50-55 driving.

Always ford filters! Changed around 4k miles ago. It just comes and goes... Kind of odd. I've seen a pump just totally quit. Not come and go like this. That's what makes me wonder if it's possible for the regulator to stick open once in a while.
