Any autoparts store should have the proper Lisle "low profile" socket for $8-$9.

You talking about the filter under the truck right? I have a 36mm socket that works for that and the oil filters. It's a little big but it works. I just use a 1/2" drive ratchet for the top filter.

I use a strap wrench for all three. Works awesome. One wrench three caps. Just not the crappy plastic one with the rubber strap. You want the metal style with the thick nylon web.

Yep, it's the oil fuel filter socket for 6.0 engines by Lisle (part #14500.) It makes life really easy!
