Trans Question
In the process of changing trans fluid and when i pulled the pan i noticed that my fluid has a slight gray tint to it and a very small amount of filings on the plug.... One day last week my trans acted up by not goin into any gear.. so i shut it off and resarted it and it worked fine.. It was just a little bit low at the time on fluid..
Oh and trans has never been over 180*F and doesnt smell burnt or anything Is the small amount of filings and discoloration somethin to worry about??? |

You'll always have normal filings. Almost like a gray sand. Just nothing MAJOR is what you're looking for.
