quick question on a wheel package

I do not know much about the offset stuff and it confuses me a little I won't lie. I am looking at a new set of 18" rims for my truck and want to know what one i should order there is a 18x9 8-170 with 18 offset or a -12 offset? here are the links to two pages V-Tec Warlord custom rims and here is the other one V-Tec Warlord custom rims

I plan on running some kind of 35" tire like 12.5"

I believe, and I haven't bought wheels for this truck yet, but the -12 offset is for 99-04 trucks and the +18 offfset is for 05-12 trucks.
