a week off work...what to do to the 6.0?

im getting a week off of work here shortly and need to give the 6.0 some TLC. Its a 2005 ccsb with 91,00. Im changing oil and filters first. Installing lift and blocks and getting new 35's. I need to flush the coolant and install a coolant filter kit. Also would like to do EGR delete and possible oil cooler if needed and last but not least blue spring upgrade.

I need to know in which order i should do all this seeing how i have week to play with it. Also i was told before i do a coolant flush to run it with a coolant filter kit for 5 to 7,000 miles then flush but dont see why not just flush then add the filter kit?

Thanks yall for the help
