Insight CTS doesn't connect to Fusion Software

I just got my Edge Insight CTS yesterday and opened the box today. I loaded the software from the disc and launched fusion. Filled in the info and got password email. When it asks me to connect device to launch, I plug my unit in and it just sits there. I have tryed unplugging it and rebooting my pc but still nothing. I can connect to it with the mystyle software. Any help since Edge is closed until monday?

Just tried calling Edge and they are closed for President's Day. Does everybody have today off but me?

I also just installed my edge cts and I am having he same exact issues. I am running windows 8 an I think that might be our issue....im going to load the software on my pc with windows xp and see what happens. Ill keep you posted.

I have it and we are a Mac household. I have to go over to a buddies to update and change things.

I was able to connect with mine....the cd didn't load the correct drivers or something. I wento edge website and updated the fusion and mystyle software and it works now. Hope this helps.
