Code p0069...?

I keep getting this code on my truck. I have cleared it several times and it keeps coming back. I replaced the BARO sensor and the MAP sensor. I replaced the hose to the MAP sensor and cleaned out the fitting in the intake. I also cleaned the EBP sensor and tube. I have looked at the readings for the BARO and MAP on my insight and the BARO reads 10.5-10.6 consistently and the MAP reads 11 with the truck on and 12-13 idling and then it goes up from there when driving. What do I start checking to get this code to go away? Is it going to hurt anything? The truck seems to run fine just annoying to have a code keep popping up.
