COOLANT ??????

I just got my 6.0 monday and after going through it under the hood thoroughly I found a couple concerns.
1st the coolant bottle is empty and I can't find the Ford coolant within 80 miles. Can I just add some water till I get some coolant? Very little yellow residue on the bottle, just on the neck of the bottle.

2nd I found fluid dripping from my power steering pump and it is even on the bottom pulley dripping from the belt. I know the pump is a BEAR to replace but I hear you have to use a special fluid?

3rd The hard pipe coming out of the middle of the top if the engine at the blue hose connector has some oil on it. The short blue piece of hose that connects the hard pipe and the intake.
