Crank / No Start - Injector Stiction?

Last Friday temps dropped to mid 30's overnight. First thing in the morning i tried to crank my 05 F250 to take the kid to school - no luck. After swapping cars and coming back, i got it to start, it belched a cloud of black smoke and then idled very rough for several minutes before smoothing out.

Cranked fine the rest of the day.

Sat the temps dropped into the mid 20's and i havent been able to get it cranked since.

From reading on here, I suspect Injector Stiction is my problem so I changed the oil last night using Rotella T with 2 quarts of Marvel Mystery Oil. I can get it to turn over and idle for about 5 seconds, but still wont run. (temps were in mid to low 60's) I was over due for an oil change.

1) Am I right with my diagnosis? or could there be another issue?
2) what else can I do to try to get this cranked without major work? I'm hoping if it will just crank, the fresh oil and the MMO will clean the injectors and get rid of the problem.

I'm not sure about the MMO....

Have you done anything with your fuel and fuel filters? The cold temps may have allowed the fuel to gel a bit...

no have not done anything with the fuel side yet. All of the reading I have done pointed to the oil side.

Fuel filter was last changed about 8000 miles ago. I filled the tank up Friday after I got it running. was at 1/4 tank previously.

Should i replace the fuel filters as well? Or add an injector cleaner to the fuel?

If it is stiction, MMO won't help. You'll need Rev-X.

What is the voltage of the FICM, while cranking and KOER?

Read on here of people curing it with MMO - heard more about Rev-X but MMO was available locally so I went with that first.
