Looney tune
Alright so I got my first custom tune today from quick tricks.
it's pretty cool. My question is the looney tune seems to have a lot of take off in the higher gears and not as much in the lowers. Anybody running the same tune have any input or anything different?

That how my looney tunes are, more power on the upper end.

Cool I just wanted to make sure everything was good, I'm new at it. Is there any non studded tunes that are "faster" than the looney and still safe?

Not sure what you mean. The looney tune on my harley roasts the tires from a dead stop without a problem. Actually, I'm going to be calling Vivian tomorrow for a tune on my 06 I picked up a couple months ago. woohoo!

When comparing my Looney Wild to Extreme Race, my Looney Wild pulls more from mid range to top than the Extreme Race. Where as my Extreme Race pulls more on the lower to mid range than my Looney Wild. This is only felt with my butt dyno, I have no numbers to back this up.
Don't get me wrong, my Looney tunes will fry the the tires, it just feel more stronger on the top end. |

I am always nervous running ANY of these tunes with stock bolts....but what can you do? Once you feel the difference, going back stock is like going from a motorcycle to a bicycle. |
