Who makes the Looney tune or what other tunes are good and who writes them
I am getting ready to buy a tuner but have know Idea who writes the best tunes

No such thing as BEST tunes. The same tune on my truck may not run as strong on another. Most of it comes down to personal preference and driving habits.
