Programmer/Scanner info please

I see a lot of you guys talk about getting delta info and talk about scan gauge and cts? will a sct itsx do the same thing? or do i need to buy gauges and scanners, tuners ect. to get all these separate readings to tell what my temps, pressures, and ficm volts are. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
