At idle, my truck sits at 186 ECT / 187 EOT like clockwork, 100% of the time. At cruise it will usually be around 192 ECT / 194 EOT at most. This is in weather anywhere from 40-80 degrees. In extreme temps/extreme cold I imagine it might differ. I have seen many other people on these forums with healthy oil coolers report almost identical findings. Usually 186/187 or 186/188 at idle is what is reported.
