Replacement intercoolers?

It's looking like one of the end tanks on my factory intercooler may be cracked and if so I'll have to purchase a new intercooler. Has anyone used the Mishimoto intercoolers? Are there any other decent brands that aren't made out of unobtanium like the ones from Banks?

At least they are both all aluminum, no crap plastic end tanks. Look to match the factory size, shape, mounting, etc.

I have seen a lot of people on here using the Spearco intercoolers.

I have a Bank's on my truck but I've also heard of folks using Spearcos.

I've heard Mishimoto are pretty good.

The Spearco are top quality and top price.

BD Diesel has one also

Not sure on your 2nd link for the "OEM", if it's all aluminum it's not OEM, cause the oem have the plastic tanks

I think the Mishimoto is the lowest cost for all aluminum

Mishimoto is great, plus they have a lifetime warranty. I run em in mine.

The way i see some of the first turbo companies are they still hold onto the idea that it is voodoo ****.

As long as it has a bar and plate core and your not looking for absolutely every. 25 hp it should be just fine.
I am running an ic from cxracing on my mustang and it cools just as good as a spearco and was 120 bucks.
Spearco does make some good stuff dont get me wrong but unless you are building a pulling truck or drag truck i dont think they are worth the money.
