Power steering cooler. Must be a pre 2006 build date, as trucks built in 2006 and later have it moved upward next to the transmission cooler.

Hmm. Is the power steering fluid red? Cause i might have a leak. the truck warmed up the other day in the drive way and when i moved it there was red fluid in the snow. but i checked it later on a couple of times and i can't find the red fluid leaking or coming from anywhere. Any ideas?

Yes it is. Not sure about Super Duty's, but many vehicles actually use ATF for Power Steering fluid. Others spec a specific Power Steering fluid.

Also could be a fuel leak if you happened to "accidently" put red dyed off-road diesel in your truck...
