Transmission question?

What would be a good manual tranny for my truck? And what all would i need to do the swap? I would kind of like to have a good manual.

I would try to find a ford f250/350 driveline to do the swap from 03-07.
You will need flywheel, pressure plate, clutch arm and pieces, possibly new trans mount, drive shaft, if the manual is a shorter unit. New in cab pedals, neutral switch, new computer programming for manual, clutch safety switch,
and OI am sure I have forgot something, PLus all the little pieces that pop up.
Best way would just to buy a manual truck.
