2006 6.0 Rough Running Fixed I think?

I have 2006 F250 6.0 195000. Running great until it stalled on me after driving to work. Towed to shop they said High Pressure Oil Leak 2 bad injectors. They Fixed those issues while driving home started bucking and Jerking once on freeway only at speeds above 50 mph. Took it back they said it had internal issues and 1 dead cylinder head they suggested trading it in. Took it to ford they wanted to tear apart motor for 7000 they were not sure what problem was, but 1 and 3 injectors were going bad. Did a synthetic oil change with new filter all the problems gone running like new. No one knows why anyone else have any ideas or should I get rid of this truck. Also the injectors that were going bad were the same ones the first shop replaced.

Sounds like they were blowing smoke out of their ***, as usual. Do you have a monitor or something to pull trouble codes with? You should check your fuel pressure for the "bucking" problem, making sure it's no lower than 45psi (? Someone correct me here). If your codes and fuel pressure check out good, throw in a bottle of rev x and call her a day!

I'm not a professional mechanic, nor do I play one on tv.

Do not have a code reader but I will have it checked in a couple of days thanks I will try that , just sounds odd that a oil change could have fixed it even after I told both Ford and the shop to check oil. But if it was a clogged line or something and it is working I will take it. Thanks for the response.

Sounds like you need some gauges. Scan gauge 2 will run you about 130 and tell you of you have a problem. I bought a problem and now after 4000$ in repairs I have a truck I like. Regret not having one before my purchase.
