truck will not start

Hi guys my brother in law and I were driving on the freeway and when to stop at a toll booth and his truck started running like and injector was going out so we started to take off to pull over and the truck ran very rough and then just die. His truck is a 2005 ford f350 6.0 has sct tunes egr delete airdog 2 banks intercooler and air itake, arp head studs and new gaskets. The truck was running great for like two hours before that no problems. He did just put the airdog on three weeks ago. When we try to restart the truck the airdog would not turn on and we got a code of p0232. So we got the truck towed home which was 150 miles away. When we got it home we pulled it in the driveway the dash light were going on and off so we readed the codes again and we got p0232 p0562 p0683 and p1378. So we think it has a bad ficm? Any help from you guys we be great.
