08 tailgate?

What is this big thing with the 08 tailgate? Does it just fit right in place on our body styles?

The big thing is a lot of us feel that they look much better.

Yep they fit the body lines. You can either replace the drivers side hinge and keep the torsion rod or remove the torsion rod and use your existing hinge. The torsion rod helps you lift the weight a little. You then have the option of having a simple tailgate, a step, a back up camera, or any combination of the three.
