EOT and ECT Temps low

Well finally got the oil cooler changed and new thermostat with some other little goodies. Driving at 65 my temps are 184-186. No matter how long I drive I can be doing 80 and my temps will get to 185-190 but usually stays around 189. I drove the piss out of the truck for about 5 mins will full throttle and half throttle bursts and it finally it 192. Its a brand new thermostat along with Cat ELC coolant. It seems like even my EOT is low which is weird. Outside temp is 30-40 depending on the day.

Mine is the same with same outside temps. Run 186-188 ECT and 190-192 EOT if I really push the truck I only hit 195 EOT so I am happy. Better than my prior to EGR delete and new oil cooler of 192 ECT and 207-217 EOT.

I guess that's normal. Mine is about the same. Just replaced the coolant with ELC and the t-stat. A couple hours of highway driving and some pretty good hills got my EOT to 200 and my ECT to 190-195 but I was pushing her hard.

Are you using aftermarket sensors or how are you monitoring your temps?

Edge Insight CS. After the new year I'm going to do the fuel pressure and egt sensors. It can get pretty expensive.
