P0470 P0528 Codes

I know I read it here some ware last week about some one with the fan clutch having to do with affecting the exhaust pressure sensor, but I can't find it. Does anyone know what is going on when these two codes are set together?

I had the P0528 code, nothing else with it though. Wire chaffing on the shroud was the culprit.

That's about what I remember from that post. Some how both codes were set. I was wondering if there was more to it. Thanks for responding.
