When cranking my truck (cold) in the mid 30's currently. Right before turbo kicks in there's a chirp( squeek)??? Anyone know about this?

You can pull of your air intake tube going from the air cleaner to turbo, check for play in the shaft and look for scaring of the compressor wheel blades to the turbo housing. The compressor wheel blades and turbo housing should not touch.

Also check your serpentine belt, tension pulleys, idler pulleys, alternator, A/C, and steering box pulleys/bearings.

my up pipes cracked, it was the most high pitch squeal u could imagine. but only did it on take off, at first then after a while it did it at any where under 2000 rpm, in first gear. Got the upgraded ones from rudysdiesel.com. it got to be very annoying.

Very interesting. Mine just started squealing. Right when I take off, for like 3 seconds. Might be the up pipes. Thanks for the info.
