Verification of a few EGR replacement P/N

I'm all set up to tear in and do an EGR & oil cooler replacement over the holidays while the inlaws visit.

The truck is a 2005 F350

I have:
the oil cooler kit from Ford which is pretty complete
the turbo feed tube, drain tube, mounting kit.
the Bulletproof EGR cooler.
STC fitting upgrade kit
the copper crush washers for the fuel feed line at the secondary filter
EGR valve gasket
Intake gaskets
the coolant pipe o-ring
new fluids & filters

I'm feeling pretty good, but I was just admiring the BPD EGR cooler tonight and got to thinking about EGR cooler gaskets.

I'm now thinking I need an
oval egr-to-manifold gasket,
blue hose (do I need this or is it a re-use piece?)
O-ring for the EGR to intake nipple

Could somebody post up P/N's for those pieces? I searched the ORG but cant seem to find these P/N's or even much discussion of these parts. I have a day left to get all the gaskets/seals before Christmas days off. I'd prefer not to have this drag out into late next week. If I can call w/ gasket numbers tomorrow morning, my shop can have them by end of day.

Anything obvious I'm missing?

This kit seems to include all of the parts you mentioned but you may want to double check. it has the two metal cooler gaskets, one blue tube, one cooler o-ring and a large intake o-ring
