checking out truck for friend

i'm going with a friend to check out an 06 350 with only 36k kilometers, other than the obvious warranty history check and seeing about service history, should i worry about much other than the turbo vanes possibly being stuck due to lack of driving? its at a dealer in town here and my buddies uncle works at a ford store out of town so if the dealer here isnt co-operative i will get the info from his uncle.
