Need Help!!!!!!

Long story short. I went full throttle on the truck to pass a douche bag that cut me off and now the truck runs really bad. The CTS shows code P0275 #5 cylinder contribution/balance. The CTS was on the performance program. I need the truck fixed asap because i will be making a 1,000 mile trip next thursday. Im guessing bad injector or bent push-rod. What do i do?

Is that the only code? Measure compression on #5 compared to #3 and #7. That will tell you if it's valve train or an injector.

Yes that is the only code. Since i really need the work done ASAP, i am really considering taking it to the dealership. Would that be a mistake?

Not if they have a good quality 6.0L Diesel tech onsite.

Well, i ended up putting my big boy pants on and working on it myself. It ended up being an injector. Im glad thats all it was. Now, my concern is that i think i kind of stripped the head of 2 of the oil rail torx bolts when torquing it down. Its all put back together and runs fine, but any ideas on how to take them off next time? Where can i buy replacement bolts?
